Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or meet the minimum digital age of consent in your country to use the Service. If you are under that age, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Shot AI enables users to generate AI-powered photographs ("Outputs") using custom prompts and/or uploaded photos ("Inputs"). Our core image generation is powered by Astra API. You may use the platform via our website, apps, or any official integration.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account. You must provide accurate and complete information, and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content and Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (the "Input").
• You also own the rights to the AI-generated output ("Output"), subject to these Terms.
• You may use Outputs for any legal purpose, including commercial use, unless otherwise restricted.
• You agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others with your Inputs or Outputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate NSFW, hateful, or violent content.
• Upload copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform or Astra API.
• Mislead others that the output is human-created.
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization.

We reserve the right to delete content or suspend accounts violating our Content Policy.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

• Some features require purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan.
• Payments are handled via third-party processors. You must provide valid billing info.
• Credits expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Auto-renewals apply unless canceled before the billing date. No refunds unless legally required.

7. Content Storage & Deletion

• Uploaded training sets and generated images are stored for 30 days unless deleted manually by the user.
• We reserve the right to remove inactive data after that period.

8. Platform Limitations

Vibe Shot AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous service uptime.
• Accuracy or appropriateness of Outputs.
• That Outputs won't be similar to those generated by others.

Use at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for your Input and Output, all rights to the Service, platform, and underlying technology remain with Vibe Shot AI or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform outside the intended use.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify users via email or our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable law,
• Harm the platform or other users,
• Engage in unauthorized use of our API or systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Vibe Shot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability in any case will not exceed $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vibe Shot AI harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
