At Vibe Shot AI, we believe in responsible, respectful, and creative use of generative AI. To maintain a safe environment for all users, the following Content Policy applies to all content generated, uploaded, or shared on our platform.

Prohibited Content

You must not generate, upload, or distribute any content that includes or promotes:

1. Hate & Discrimination

  • Hate speech, symbols, or stereotypes based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Comparing individuals or groups to animals, objects, or using dehumanizing language.

2. Harassment & Abuse

  • Content that bullies, mocks, threatens, or intimidates specific individuals or groups.

3. Violence & Gore

  • Depictions of violence, abuse, suffering, torture, humiliation, or cruelty.
  • Shocking or graphic content such as blood, bodily fluids, or obscene gestures.

4. Self-Harm & Suicide

  • Imagery or prompts involving self-injury, disordered eating, or suicide-related content.

5. Sexual Content

  • Nudity, explicit or suggestive sexual acts, sexual services, or erotically charged imagery.
  • Content intended to arouse or provoke sexual excitement.

6. Illegal Activities

  • Depictions or glorification of criminal behavior including drug use, theft, hacking, or vandalism.

7. Medical & Health Claims

  • Content offering diagnoses, treatments, or prevention advice for diseases or health conditions.
  • Depictions of individuals experiencing illness, especially without their consent.

8. Deceptive or Harmful Misinformation

  • Content promoting conspiracy theories, disinformation, or attempts to mislead users about real-world events.

9. Political & Election Interference

  • Images of politicians, protests, ballot boxes, or election-related materials intended to influence political outcomes.

10. Spam & Automation Abuse

  • Mass-generated content for spam, affiliate schemes, or SEO manipulation.

Responsible Use Guidelines

  • Disclose AI Involvement: When sharing images publicly, clearly communicate that AI tools were used in the creation.
  • Respect Copyright & Consent:
    • Only upload photos you have rights to use.
    • Do not upload images of real people (including public figures) without their consent.
  • No Public Figure Generation: You may not create, fine-tune, or generate likenesses of celebrities, politicians, or other recognizable individuals.

Reporting Violations

If you notice content that violates this policy, please report it to our team via support@vibeshot.ai. We will investigate and may take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension.
